Quality Programs

GIQuIC

The GIQuIC – GI Quality Improvement Consortium is a non-profit collaboration of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) to collect and benchmark measures for quality, efficiency, effectiveness and reliability. Data is collected for established quality indicators for gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures on individual physicians.

East Side Endoscopy is proud to be one of the premier participants in the GIQuIC registry contributing data on a variety of quality measures which are used to measure physician and center performance against internal and national benchmarks. This data is then used to improve clinical performance. This participation is above and beyond the required requirements and demonstrates East Side Endoscopy’s commitment to improving quality.
